Taksydermiczne ciała i ich performatywne zoe-grafie
The purpose of this article is to develop Louis van den Hengel’s concept of zoe-graphy as a strategy derived from art for working with life understood from a post-humanist perspective. Zoe-graphy is considered an alternative to biographical, logocentric and discursive forms of recording animate life. At the center of reflections about this strategy is a performance by choreographer Agata Siniarska, The Museum of the Anthropocene. Diorama No1 – Ghosts and Monsters. The author analyzes the performance in terms of the choreographic strategy of working with taxidermic animal exhibits and its affective and epistemic potential.
