Abstrakt:
O muzycznych aspektach pracy nad Pomnikiem Dźwiękowym KL Plaszow
Tekst przybliża założenia, koncepcję i strukturę Pomnika Dźwiękowego KL Plaszow. Omawia powody, dla których głównymi inspiracjami w pracy nad pomnikiem stały się ziemia i kamień; próbuje stworzyć z nich pojęcia określające ramy pracy kuratorskiej; przedstawia sposoby, na jakie mogą one zyskać opracowanie dźwiękowe i muzyczne. Prezentuje także decyzje stojące za wyborem określonych strategii artystycznych w przypadku realizacji nagrań terenowych, budowy kamiennego instrumentu muzycznego (organów), a także reinterpretacji piosenek obozowych.

Abstract:
On the Musical Aspects of the Work on the Sound Monument of KL Plaszow
The text introduces the assumptions, concept and structure of the Sound Monument of KL Plaszow. It discusses the reasons why earth and stone became the main inspirations in the work on the monument; it attempts to create from them the concepts that define the framework of the curatorial work; and finally, it presents the ways in which they can gain sound and musical dimension. It also presents the decisions behind the choice of specific artistic strategies in the case of the implementation of field recordings, the construction of a stone musical instrument (organ), and the reinterpretation of camp songs.
