Abstrakt:
Laboratorium myślenia inaczej
Artykuł stanowi omówienie głównych tez książki Karen Barad Spotkanie z wszechświatem w pół drogi. Fizyka kwantowa a splątanie materii ze znaczeniem. Sygnalizując szerszy teoretyczny i krytyczny kontekst dla dorobku osoby autorskiej, autorka rozwija baradiańskie pojęcia takie, jak nieokreśloność, performatywność, relacyjność – ich wymiar ontologiczny, epistemologiczny, a także etyczno-polityczny. Proponuje widzieć w lekturze książki praktykę rekonfiguracji świata: współ-konstytuowania się treści książki, osoby autorskiej i czytelniczej, a także przemiany bycia, myślenia i wchodzenia w relacje.

Abstract:
Laboratory of Thinking Differently
This article discusses the main theses of Karen Barad’s book Meeting the Universe Halfway: Quantum Physics and the Entanglement of Matter and Meaning. The author situates Barad’s work within a broader theoretical and critical context, focusing on concepts such as indeterminacy, performativity, and relationality, as well as their ontological, epistemological, and ethical-political dimensions. The article suggests that engaging with the book serves as a practice for reconfiguring the world, highlighting the co-constitution of the content, the author, and the reader, along with the transformation of existence, thought, and relationships.
