Abstrakt:
Sarna z krzesłem na głowie albo koniec długich lat 80.
Konceptualizacje trzeciego obiegu kultury, formułowane na gorąco przez Jerzego Wertensteina-Żuławskiego, Mirosława Pęczaka czy Barbarę Fatygę, mimo wielu różnic zgodnie podkreślały, że trzeci obieg powstał w kontrze zarówno wobec pierwszego, jak i drugiego. Zwrócony był przeciwko systemowi społeczno-kulturowemu czy po prostu kulturze dominującej, a nie tylko władzy państwowej. Jego strategie kształtowały się między polityką antypolityki Davida Osta a Tymczasową Strefą Autonomiczną Hakima Beya, z wykorzystaniem taktyki blefu, pastiszu, parodii, sytuacjonistycznego przechwycenia czy nadidentyfikacji rozumianej za Alexeiem Yurchakiem. Tezą artykułu jest twierdzenie, że ten alternatywny obieg był charakterystyczny dla długich lat 80., a jego ostatnim przejawem było być może masowe poparcie sarny z krzesłem na głowie w wyborach prezydenckich z 2015 roku. Tym samym kampania wyborcza sarny stanowiłaby symboliczny koniec długich lat 80.

Abstract:
A Doe with a Chair on Its Head or the End of the Long ’80s
The conceptualisations of the third culture circulation, formulated on the fly by Jerzy Wertenstein-Żuławski, Mirosław Pęczak or Barbara Fatyga, despite their many differences, unanimously emphasized that the third circulation emerged in contrast to both the first and the second circulations. This movement was directed against the socio-cultural system, or simply the dominant culture, and not solely against state authorities. Its strategies were shaped by the anti-politics of David Ost and the Temporary Autonomous Zone of Hakim Bey, using the tactics of bluff, pastiche, parody, situationist interception or over-identification as understood by Alexei Yurchak. The article argues that this alternative circulation was characteristic of the long 1980s, and perhaps its last manifestation was the massive support for a doe with the chair on its head in the 2015 presidential election. Therefore, the doe’s election campaign can be viewed as a symbolic conclusion to the long 1980s.
